Your Recruiters and Staffing Specialist will screen, pre-qualify, look applicants over, and proceed to match their qualifications with your job requirements - before a candidate is ever presented for your consideration.
Direct Hire Charges
In absence of a prior written Direct Hire Charge Schedule Agreement, the following will apply:
• Up to $10,000…………………………..…..10%
• $10,000—$24,000………..….per thousand 1%
• $25,000 up…………………………………...25%
Guarantee
AMMON STAFFING guarantees its Direct Hire Candidate for a period of 90 consecutive calendar days from date of employment with Client. If employment terminates for any reason during this period of time, and Client has paid our invoice within 10 days of start date, AMMON STAFFING will provide a suitable replacement for the terminated employee. If replacement is not needed or requested, a pro-rated credit from the termination date through the 30th day will be issued and usable for future career replacements with your company.
