Temporary Staffing is a convenient and uncomplicated alternative to the commitment of hiring a full-time employee. We recruit, screen, assign and pay our contract employees to work your job assignment. No matter how long or short, complicated or simple your job requirement is — we have an employee to fit your needs.
Cost Effectiveness
In most cases, the hourly rate AMMON STAFFING can offer will be less than the total of salary, payroll costs and fringe benefits currently paid by your company for its employees. A cost comparison of a regular employee at your company and a AMMON STAFFING employee, with comparative skills, will indicate the amount of cost effectiveness you can expect. We offer you the flexibility of paying for an employee only when you need one.
Balance Control Over Productivity and Efficiency Levels
Productivity and efficiency are kept at near maximum because managers and supervisors do not continue to live with “stale” or marginal employees. Our “partnership” with your company and continuous servicing would result in AMMON STAFFING being responsible for immediately replacing those marginal employees and eliminating costly and time-consuming dismissal procedures.
Ease of Hiring
AMMON STAFFING establishes the employer-employee relationship. Advertising, screening, testing, interviewing, and reference-checking now become our cost and responsibility, thereby relieving you of these tasks. In addition, you are also relieved of:
• All Employee hourly Wages • Employer Social Security Taxes
• Unemployment Taxes • Employer's Payroll taxes
• Unemployment Claims • Cost of Payroll Check Processing
• Worker's Compensation • Handling Refrence Checks
• Filing of Required Reports • All Administrative Costs
Increased Job Security For Regular Employees
The planned staffing program allows you the freedom of laying off the economic buffer of AMMON STAFFING employees before your own regular employees are affected by changing business conditions.
Try Before You Hire
The “Try Before You Hire” program allows the opportunity to evaluate potential new employees. During the trial period we assume the role of employer, for payroll purposes, and pay all legally required payroll taxes and insurance required by law. After the trial period of 700 billed hours, should a candidate become eligible to become a “core” employee, you have the option (but are not obligated) to hire them on your company payroll. This program eliminates the difficult task of termination should a candidate not work out or fit in with the present staff. In addition, there is no risk of increasing your “experience rating” in the unemployment, federal, and state funds, which are based on gross payroll and employee turnover.
